TourneyMate is an LLC founded by individuals from diverse backgrounds, all united by a love for pickleball. Our mission is to provide organizers with the most powerful, intuitive, and flexible tools to manage their tournaments, so they can focus on what matters most: the competition and the community.
Our app is built for players, organizers, and fans who want a smarter, faster, and more enjoyable way to manage and experience pickleball tournaments. Whether you're hosting your first local round-robin or competing in DUPR-rated events, TourneyMate makes it easy to register players, create brackets, track scores in real time, and share results—even on DUPR—all in one intuitive platform. With features designed to streamline the tournament process and increase community engagement, we help turn every match into a memorable event.

Ayeshka Wickramasuriya
Founder & CEO
Ayeshka W. (he/him) is a backend developer with experience in Java and cloud-based architectures, working closely with cross-functional teams to build reliable, secure, and efficient software solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Georgia. Beyond his professional work, he enjoys working out, traveling, and playing pickleball with friends.
Brandon Kim
Business Development & Client Relations
Brandon (he/him) is a product manager with a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia. From managing a $5 billion product portfolio at a Fortune 20 retailer to helping local businesses grow through hands-on consulting, Brandon is always solving problems and thinking about how to enhance the customer’s experience. If you ever want to chat about business and finance, he is your guy! Outside of the hustle and bustle, you can find him bouldering, running, or simply enjoying good times with friends and fully being present in the moment.
Cindy Lieu
Lead UI/UX Designer
Cindy (she/her) is a software engineer with a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia. With a foundation in backend development, her passion lies where technology meets design—solving complex problems with solutions that are both functional and visually compelling. When away from her keyboard, she enjoys bouldering, running, and traveling.
Hanh Nguyen
Lead Product Manager
From enhancing products in the retail media space to launching an airline B2B loyalty program, Hanh Nguyen (she/her) is passionate about working in cross-functional teams and delivering digital products that solves customer problems. Outside of product management, she spends most of her time playing pickleball, traveling, and hosting board game nights.
Kevin Prachith
Senior Developer
Kevin Prachith (he/him) is a software engineer with extensive experience in turning things off and back on again. He graduated with a B.S. in Biology from the University of Georgia and transitioned into tech after completing a full-stack web development bootcamp and nurturing his passion for problem solving with programming. He enjoys running in his free time and thinking about learning how to swim. If you catch him staring into the distance during a conversation, he’s likely crafting a punny response to whatever you just said!
Laura Valenton Steinbach, Esq.
Legal Counsel
Laura (she/her) is a product-focused lawyer who partners with engineers, designers, and product managers to build compliant, user-friendly software. With a background in privacy, contracts, and business, she helps translate legal complexity into clear, actionable guidance. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Georgia and a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University of Law. With her spare time, she enjoys volunteering with pro bono work, reading, and running.
Mathi Wickramasuriya
Business Development & Growth Strategy
Mathi Wickramasuriya (he/him) leads business development and growth strategy, focusing on building strong partnerships and uncovering new opportunities to drive long-term impact. With experience in client relationship management and commercial strategy, he collaborates across teams to shape go-to-market plans and scale operations and is passionate about aligning business goals with real-world value. Mathi holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Penn State. Outside of work, he enjoys playing pickleball, discovering great food spots, and traveling with friends!
Oscar Bautista
Senior Developer & UI/UX Designer
Builder by trade, maker at heart. Oscar (he/him) is a software engineer with a Computer Science degree from the University of Georgia. He joined the team to help bring this app to life—a passion project that became an opportunity to sharpen his technical skills while creating something meaningful with close friends. When he’s not coding, you’ll find him bouldering, running, or building something—whether it’s in the office or the garage.

Product Manager
Tom (he/him) holds a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University and has a passion for product management. With a background in Software Consulting, his passion lies in bridging technology and user experience to create products that truly make a difference. When he’s not dreaming up the next big feature, you’ll find him having fun on the pickleball court, struggling through workouts, or planning his next travel adventure.
